When you order from LoopyLoomsCustomCables Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Any materials and or equipment supplied by LoopyLoomsCustomCables Limited for any ‘do it yourself’ installation will not be covered by any guarantee. If you install our materials and or equipment in error causing own damage LoopyLoomsCustomCables Limited will not be responsible, in addition, LoopyLoomsCustomCables Limited is not responsible for personal accident of your own making while using products supplied by LoopyLoomsCustomCables Limited. Unless agreed, orders will be completed when the customer has paid, in full.
All orders are custom made and bespoke to your specifications. If you change your mind and we have not started making/processing your order, we will attempt to make alterations and/or refund your order if we are able. Full refunds will only be given if you cancel within 7 days of receipt of Order. If your cable (cables) is ready for shipping LoopyLoomsCustomCables Limited will not issue a refund however LoopyLoomsCustomCables Limited are happy to consider any cancellation request taking into account, the circumstances relating to the cancellation. Please note (after 7 days) a 50% cancellation fee will be applied.
Sleeving colours listed on our website could be subject to slight variations in colour. LoopyLoomsCustomCables Limited buy from reputable suppliers and make every effort to display accurate images of our products.
Damage/returns
Any damage caused by mishandling, mistreatment, misuse or abuse for example stretching of cables and coils and removal of connectors/heat shrink.Any sales or repair carried out by any third party are exempt by LoopyLoomsCustomCables Limited
Accidental Damage, Cosmetic Damage, environmental damage, damage caused by any power surges or cuts, flood/water, storm, or other reasons is exempt by LoopyLoomsCustomCables Limited
LoopyLoomsCustomCables Limited contract is personal to the purchaser of the product, service and equipment and is not transferable to a third party. Where there is third party involvement, all costs of repairs are not the responsibility of LoopyLoomsCustomCables Limited

DELIVERY OF GOODS
LoopyLoomsCustomCables Limited will deliver your order as soon as possible once it has been accepted and payment cleared.
You will receive a notification that your order has been dispatched
LoopyLoomsCustomCables Limited will not be liable for any loss or damage through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery of your purchase. Delivery dates are not exact and are not contractual
LoopyLoomsCustomCables Limited accept no liability of damaged goods in transit. LoopyLoomsCustomCables Limited endeavour to ensure every parcel is secure and robustly packaged as possible.
Compensation is at the discretion of LoopyLoomsCustomCables Limited. Items will be delivered to the address provided to LoopyLoomsCustomCables Limited and is not the responsibility of LoopyLoomsCustomCables Limited if the parcel has to be rescheduled for redelivery. If you are not available to receive your goods, you are responsible for return shipping.
REIMBURSEMENT
If your goods are faulty, please notify LoopyLoomsCustomCables Limited immediately. Any agreed exchange will be like for like. There will be no deviation on this policy, because many of our products are made to order. Reimbursement will be given for faulty cable only, this does not include shipping and goods received must be tested by LoopyLoomsCustomCables Limited. A refund will NOT be given if the product is found to be working. Refund will be provided by the same means of payment.
Notification must be made for any faulty/damaged item within 24 hours of delivery.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
LoopyLoomsCustomCables Limited do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.
In no case shall LoopyLoomsCustomCables Limited, our directors, employees, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.
SECURITY/PROTECTION – For your protection we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.

LoopyLoomsCustomCables Limited will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure but unless LoopyLoomsCustomCables Limited is negligent. LoopyLoomsCustomCables Limited will not be liable for unauthorised access to any information supplied by yourself.
APPLICABLE LAW
These terms of sale and the supply of the goods will be subject to English law and the English courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from the contract.

AGE RESTRICTIONS -You agree to be of legal age to purchase and/or use any product that must adhere to official or recommended age ratings.
FORCE MAJEURE – LoopyLoomsCustomCables Limited will not be under any liability whatsoever in the event that LoopyLoomsCustomCables limited is prevented or delayed from supplying or making delivery of any goods by any reason or cause beyond LoopyLoomsCustomCables Limited control. These events include acts of God, civil commotion, riots, flood, drought, fire, legislation or any acts by third party companies or individuals not either under contract to or employed by LoopyLoomsCustomCables Limited.
You should use basic safety precautions to minimise risk to your system and yourself.
Take into consideration your surroundings, do not allow any part of your system to come into contact with damp or water. Do not use your system in the presence of flammable liquid or gases, this includes corrosive materials.
Guard against electrical overload, shorting or insufficient power. This covers overloaded extension leads. Do not let children, animals and birds near the systems, as any electrical shocks, damage caused to:
