Aviator Detachable USB Custom Cable: Build Your Own
Aviator connectors seem to be the go-to for most people when it comes to building a custom USB cable for their keyboard. They're on the more "chonky" side of the connector market. They come with a screw ring to keep them together. They're strong and versatile and ideal if you like to swap host and device sides to match your current keyboard or setup. Split Keyboard Cable set (TRRS and Host)
Here you can build your own TRRS and host lead set for your split keyboard.
- All TRRS cables come with gold coated TRRS 3.5mm connectors. You have the option of 90 degree or straight angled connectors.
- The set includes a Host lead to power your board and a TRRS lead to connect your split board.

Our Slim-O connectors are the ultimate in-line cable connector. Much smaller than an aviator and on a similar level of "slimness" as the already miniscule YC8 - these things are slim, sleek and SCREAM quality! Available in six different colours. Choose from Silver, Black, Gold, Rose Gold, Pearl White and Pearlescent Blue.

YC8 Detachable “PUSH PULL” USB Custom Cable: Build Your Own
YC8 connectors are a middle ground. If you found the aviator too chunky for your current setup or a Slim-O too pricey, then this might be a decent compromise. They're a high quality connector and use a push pull mechanism similar to the Slim-O to keep both male and female sides connected. They're extremely small and much more discreet but shout quality. They also like lovely with straight cables.
